Adults 21+ can have some gingerbread fun of their own. Spend the evening decorating a gingerbread house and enjoying beverages that contain a little extra holiday cheer, supported by a team of professional pastry chefs. Perfect for couples and friends!

Meggan ArnouxInsalata’s Restaurant    Meggan is a Bay Area native who has been cooking for more than thirteen years. She attended culinary school in Santiago, Chile, where she resided for many years. With special emphasis in the pastry arts and Regional Chile cuisine, she is a passionate chef and culinary instructor eager to share her food and knowledge with others.

Caitlin OleskyThe Cooking School at Cavallo Point    Since 2012,  Caitlin has been working at the Cooking School at Cavallo Point Lodge as a chef instructor. Prior to that, she had been working at Insalata’s restaurant in the pastry department since 2008. She was employed by the Lark Creek Inn from 1997-2007 as a line cook, a sous-chef and then the pastry chef. Caitlin attended culinary school in New York City and worked in several two and three star restaurants before moving here in 1997. She lives in Mill Valley with her husband and two kids and does triathlon in her spare time!

Ethan HowardMurray Circle Restaurant at Cavallo Point    From the age of six while growing up in San Jose, Calif., Chef Howard knew he wanted to be a chef. He initially developed his sweet tooth for pastries while working with Chef François Payard in New York City. It was there he learned basic techniques and developed a passion for the art of baking French-style pastries.

Chef Howard studied refined pastry at The French Laundry, and defined the pastry menu  at The Martini House in St. Helena. Before starting his position at Murray Circle, Chef Howard worked as a pastry chef at Bouchon and Bouchon Bakery in Yountville, Calif. Chef Howard was also named one of the Top 5 Pastry Chefs in the U.S. by Gayot in 2008.
