Join Homestead Design Collective’s Lead Edible Gardener, Sierra Vasquez to learn how to make the most of your salad garden, or start one from scratch. She’ll dive into soil preparation, growing greens by seed and transplant, plant placement, and fertilization. She’ll also share her favorite seasonal varieties of classic and unusual greens and recipes to put them to use in delicious, inventive ways. You’ll leave with all of the tools to grow and enjoy an abundance of delicious, hearty garden-to-table salad all year long!
