One Tam is the community initiative of the Tamalpais Lands Collaborative and is focused on expanding stewardship and engaging the community to ensure a healthy future for the mountain.  Hear about the results of a recent science-based health assessment of Mt Tam and its plants and wildlife and measures to stabilize and improve the health of this precious resource for Marin and the entire Bay Area.

Sharon Farrell is Vice President of Stewardship and Conservation for the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy, a partner in the One Tam Initiative.  She has worked as an ecologist and resource specialist with the National Park Service, a resource planner with the Presidio Trust, and as an environmental consultant.
