In this intimate, hands-on gardening class, you’ll learn how to make the most of your fall and winter edible garden. What should you plant now to eat at Thanksgiving? Which salad greens and herbs will provide a bountiful harvest all winter long?

Homestead Design Collective’s Lead Edible Gardener, Sierra Vasquez, will tackle solutions for common gardening issues in the colder months and will answer all of your questions to set you up for success this season. You’ll also plant seeds and seedlings in the MAGC Edible Garden to practice Sierra’s tips and tricks of the trade.
